Create a layout with a lot of car types.  Now, try creating trains - if most 
trains take either a small number or large number of cars, then it's tedious to 
do all the checkboxes.

There ought to be a way to select all or none quickly - possibly menu item, 
possibility button.

Fixed in r653.  Select all and select none added.
