Port incoming NLU feature to all other NLU tables

NLU table in NLU section

• Component from incoming should be re-used
• keyboard shortcuts should be available
• multi-select options and toolbar should be available
• Filtering options must remain available
• Sorting options must remain available
• Infinite loading instead of pagination

NLU playground

• The playground should have the same behaviour as in the NLU modal in the dialog fragment editor: when typing [Enter], the example is added to the top of the table.
• The expanded editor must be removed

NLU modal in the dialog editor

• Must be the same as in the NLU table, except no filtering is available there.
