I create the document inside ST, add some images inside Evernote and reopen it in ST. After that I get:
<div markdown="1" style="margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em;-en-paragraph:true;">
after each heading.

Please advice!

Hi there is a similar issue #207 already.
There is an experimental "new-codeblocks" branch with PR #210 which tries to patch this problem.
Would you be able to test it and see if it gets rid of the issue?
It would help me a lot, I have not published that patch in the official release yet just because it is untested...
