"Select a file" dialog should show the folder.

In older versions (like 3.7) there was a more useful dialog (e.g. in the media tab) to select files. At least the parent folder(s) should be visible in the new dialog. They are used as options value anyway, so why not show them to the user? It looks more clean this way, but it is almost impossible to find the right files, if one has the same filenames in different folders (like e.g. hires/lowres/...)
