In Bolt 3.7 the feature was available to has_sortorder on a taxonomy which allowed the backend user to set order of CTs within a taxonomy. Would really be useful to have this in Bolt 4 also :)

How can you help?

I am only a wimpy frontend dev and not sure how much I can help besides testing.
