User able to add items to singleton contenttype

Current behaviour:
If you create a singleton contenttype, a user is able to add more items to that contenttype with the 'Add ..." button on the dashboard page. See attached file.

Preferred behaviour:
It should not be possible for a user to add items to a singleton contenttype (hence the 'single' in 'singleton')

I noticed this to today. I just updated A Bolt website from 3.6.5 to 3.6.6.
You can add a new singletons in 2 ways.

1. Via dashboard as @peterboorsma mentioned.
2. Via the green 'save as and create new' option.

This means that if you not set your setcontent inside your twig as returnsingle etc your website can break when an extra singleton is created.
