Small lags when activated, both with low-end and high-end template.

Describe the bug
When the 4K enhancement is activated, there are small lags. It happens on both low-end and high-end templates, with the same amount of lags.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ctrl+1 to activate the filters, image is upscaled however lag appears.
2. Ctrl+0 to deactivate filters, lags disappear.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 14.0
• Anime4K Version: 4.0.1
• GPU: M2 Pro
• Media Player: IINA 1.3.3

By "lags" do you mean frames drop? The M2 Pro should be more than capable of playing the low-end GPU version smoothly. My suggestion would be for you to try Homebrew MPV since it's optimized for Apple Silicon. You will also be to debug as well.

I'm using the base M2 and I can run Anime4K: Mode A (Fast) smoothly with no frames drop.
