BFB program FLOW stuff

Hi Tim, the BFB Team, recently refuse my app because...

it doesn’t flow

May be You could talk internally to explain the limitations we have to "flow" like cascades until the bb.Screens improvements came.
I think they expect the cascades behavior with master/details flow.

Because of the limitation of the Grid text on items (#674) i set a Toast... then the BFB team refused my app because if you touch repeatedly an item the toast appear more than once (of course)... I talk that to you to prevent others to fall in my "mistake" :/
