SKF- Local Setup API Error

Hi Team,
We have been trying to setup SKF in local, we were able to run the application and it is up and running now.
But, after activating the user, it says wrong username or password. Upon checking we identified that the issue is with the API_END_POINT.
We have tried with all the following API endpoints. None of them seems to be working. Could you please help us with this?

• API_ENDPOINT: 'http://127.0.0.1:8888',

• API_ENDPOINT: 'https://beta.securityknowledgeframework.org',

• API_ENDPOINT: 'https://owasp-skf.cloud.tyk.io/api/api',
