User should be notified that there are "No favorite markets selected"

suggest we have an active link to add first favorite market, instead of just notifying that there are no favorite markets

"when Star tab is selected and the are no favorite assets, show link "Add BTC/USD to favorites", click will open new order for BTC/USD and auto-click star button in the heading"

Defaults can be understood as biased, I'd rather have BTS/CNY or BTS/USD (maybe even depending on your locale settings :) )
