LIMIT should not stop side effects

agensgraph version:2.13.1

I executed a query on my AgensGraph:
MATCH () CREATE () RETURN 1 LIMIT 0

There are no node created in the graph at the end of the execution of the query, while I think the LIMIT 0 should only be used to limit the results returned but should not stop side effects.

To create the graph data:
CREATE ();
