If a cfclient with gamepad is connected and an app is running HL-commander, HL-c will not take off after disconnect #1315

This is possible due to priority issues with the gamepad.

Replicate:

An app is running HLC (Hing Level Commander) sequences autonomously.
Have a gamepad connected and configured in the cfclient
Connect to the Crazyflie and disconnect again.
The app will now be blocked from taking off.
