Hello @binli123 ,

I'm trying to tile the TCGA dataset with the command :

python deepzoom_tiler.py -m 0 2 -b 20

But the number of patches at 20x is much higher ( almost 20K / bag)).
Which is the exact command to reproduce your work?

You can use a higher threshold. In the original experiment, a different metric was used to threshold the patches.
