X and Z direction going wrong way

Hi when moving my axis manually they move in the correct direction. However when homing my X gantry moves in the opposite direction to what it should do (so homes to the left not the right) and my Z homes down away from my BL toutch not up (when moving it +10mm manually the bed rises) . Adding to the issue when homing my Z axis, my Bl touch probe stays stowed away and doesn’t come down ready for the bed to touch it l, however on startup of the printer the bl touch probe ejects and stows so Ik the probe does sorta work.

Just installed a BTT SKR mini E3 to my ender 5 plus and flashed it with marlin v2.0

only modification to my printer is the new board install (which I’m experiencing problems with as above), a bl toutch and a microswiss NG extruded and hot end (don’t think this would affect anything)

if someone is able to guide me in the correct direction or even write me a new .bin file with the correct adjustments made it would be highly appreciated.
