OPUS audio file format support

Steps to reproduce

1. Attach the .opus audio file to any conversation
2. Realize that it's only a file, and you cannot play it inside bettergram
3. Kick your head hard

Expected behaviour

Audio should be played. OPUS is widely support lossy codec that works out of the box in firefox & chromium.

Actual behaviour

Bettergram downloads the file and opens it with system player, rather than playing by itself

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.6.2

Used theme: Dark
