Leaving Groups Do Not Work

Steps to reproduce

1. Leave a group and confirm.

Expected behaviour

Should leave a group permanently and delete its history.

Actual behaviour

The group and its history reappears thereafter or after a reload as if the exit never happened.

Configuration

+1 this affects me as well, I have to load up telegram web and leave groups there
