Rainfall plot - value of y axis

Hi Bernat,

Thank you for developing this useful package. I follow the steps shown in your tutorial website which is super useful.

However I have confusion with the y axis of the rainfall plot. The y axis value shows distances between mutations, but I find the command kpAxis(kp, ymax = 7, tick.pos = 1:7) sets the value arbitrary. In other words, I don't know how to set the ymax value.
