Feature request: wiki page support

It would be great to be able to also get wiki pages as downloadable PDFs.
For example it would be great if I could do this: https://github-pdf.herokuapp.com/cmacmackin/ford/wiki/About.pdf

It seems that when looking at a wiki, if you add the .md extension to the end of the page you're viewing, git hub will show you the raw markup source, and adjust the subdomain:

https://github.com/cmacmackin/ford/wiki/About ==> https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wiki/cmacmackin/ford/About.md

@zbeekman I'd be glad to add this if you'd be willing to submit a pull request to add the necessary logic to rewrite the URL. I believe it should "just work" once it knows how to grab the markdown.
