Adopt and post a Code of Conduct for the meetups?

Use Code of Conduct 101 as a basis/starting point.

The idea is to make sure that Beer and Code is as inclusive and open as possible. There also needs to be a standard way of addressing instances of people being made to feel unwelcome. I think adopting a code of conduct will be a step in the right direction for ensuring these things.
