Add the ability to add a profile image to user profiles

Right now, the user profiles are relatively simple and adding profile images is one of the next steps with them. This could be done in a few different ways, but because the images must be stored and the data model enhanced, if you would like to work on this, comment below with what approach you are thinking of using first and once approved, you can jump into it!
