Cannot uninstall php71

Did you install those packages after php71? This looks like it makes sense to me as you wouldn't want to pull the rug out from under php71-* by removing php71 itself. It'd be like trying to remove ruby and leaving homebrew installed. What if you removed those php71-* packages first?
