ti,adc102s051 support is missing in upstream linux kernel.

Though there was an attempt at https://lore.kernel.org/all/20220706180617.hkogg3znw7dceny6@going/
The series with the changes implemented: https://github.com/nmenon/linux-2.6-playground/commits/adc102s051-take3
I think is probably wrong. I suspect that the shift of data to account for device accuracy breaks the data read.

Have'nt had time to dig at this with a potentiometer and voltmeter to measure values more accurately.
