Request to add language English (Hong Kong) / locale en_HK

Please describe why you are requesting a feature

I saw there's the language English (Hong Kong) in faker.js. Please help to add this locale (en_HK) to Bogus. Thank you!
Note that I am not the creator/maintainer of the original locale in faker.js. I am simply a normal user that would like to have this locale supported in Bogus.
