Heard mention of lenses being composable (yes yes, my Haskell isn't great) so what if we did that here too?

age_scope = Xf.scope(:age)
name_scope = Xf.scope(:name)
age_and_name_scope = Xf.compose(age_scope, name_scope)

people.map(&age_and_name_scope.get)

This probably ties into some thinking around Evolve in #1, so we'll see how that goes too.
