Only 1 CPU fully utilized when specifying -threads option #706

First thanks for providing this useful tool!
I am running below command on my multi-core Ubuntu 20.04 machine:

qctool -g ukb_c21.bed -og c21.vcf -threads 2

But only 1 CPU running ~100% during the process.
I would like to accelerate the process using multi-threading, is there anything I missed?

We use multithreading features of the FFmpeg library when it is available for a specific format, by default. Which video format?
