It seems to read a form name and form elements I need to make 2 API calls: one OPTIONS and one GET

Hello!
It seems to me that with the drf_integration I need to make 2 API calls to read a form name and to retrieve all the elements:

• one API call GET /foby-form-entry/<form_slug>/ where you can read form's name and title
• one API call OPTIONS /foby-form-entry/<form_slug>/ that gives you all the details about the form element entries.

There's a name returned by the OPTIONS API, but it's always equal to "Fobi Form Entry Instance"

Is it correct or am I doing something wrong?
Maybe we can make a more detailed FormEntrySerializer for the retrieve by slug API?
