After downloading, decompressing and running, it is found that the interface is all in English

How should I switch to Chinese or change the interface to Chinese

It seems that I can't find a place to set the language on the interface. How should I modify it to display simplified Chinese? What file should I modify?

Install the Windows Chinese language pack and switch it.
