Webform functionality not enabled on content types when ported from D7

The "Enable webform functionality" setting in content type configurations was not retained in Backdrop when ported over from D7. I've had to go into each content type and manually enable the webforms. Once enabled, the associated webforms are there with all of their data.

That rings a bell! I think I also had that issue when I upgraded a site from D7. Didn't report it at that time, but I'll pay attention when I do my next upgrade and will report back then.
