Only first batch of submission data appear if using views data export in batched mode

Not sure if this is an issue with webform or views_data_export or both. When the export of webform submissions is set to be batched it will stop exporting the data fields after the first batch. The submissions themselves are exported but not if adding individual fields of webform submission data.
