[Druid] Exploit allows attacking from the air

Current Behaviour

When you run the mount underwater while casting the druid's flying spell, and then take it off, you start to fly, with the peculiarity that you can cast spells from the air as in the attached video.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

You can neither fly nor cast spells while flying.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to the indicated area (although if you can, try other places within the continent, or in other continents where you can fly).
2. Follow the steps indicated in the attached video as well as in the video description.
3. If you can, try other skills from other similar classes to rule out replications of the error.

This problem also occurs when canceling the summoning of any flying mount using any wall angle.
