Currently NumLock prevents normal keys from being used when it's enabled, and sends the numpad numbers instead of the arrow keys. These numbers aren't accessible via the Fn key without NumLock enabled, and the directional arrows are sent instead. It's common (to my knowledge) for people to leave NumLock enabled on normal full size keyboard so that these numbers are more easily accessible. Would moving all numpad functionality to the Fn layer and disabling this locking behavior be desirable here?
