Hi,

I am trying to boot with pre-releases images but none boot on my Rock64 v2.0, 4GB.

Currently I use eMMC storage and I use Balena Etcher to flash the images (which a USB->eMMC adapter).

Stable images (Ex. Bionic) works (and others like Raspbian).

Thanks.

I can confirm that pre-release buster-openmediavault-rock64-0.10.12-1184-arm64.img.xz on rock64 emmc, dies after couple of seconds after boot.

I really hope I find bootable image with kernel >= 5.x.x. due btrfs compatibility.

Hmm seems like duplicate of #439.

Hi,

Today I've tested 0.11.2: gitlab-ci-linux-build-187 and does boot just fine. The problem is:

  • I need Focal (like this release)
  • But I need legacy kernel so I ca use hwaccel for decoding (ffmpeg) and encoding (gstreamer)

How can I install legacy kernel in this image? Thanks.
