Apparently h264 hw encoding is enabled in FFMPEG for rockchip products.

https://github.com/rockchip-linux/ffmpeg/commit/6c43f88bc5cdf666229c95ab60de1e7354cd7f52

Any idea on when this will make it's way into a build?

@ayufan Is there a way to make HW accel work on this board with FFmpeg? For me is very important since I need to setup a IP camera monitoring system to monitor 24hs the activity of my baby, which he is disabled.
This is the only hardware I have right now and since how expensive are here in my country (Argentina), I can't afford for another one.

Using without HW accel is not an option since uses a lot of CPU (I have 2 cameras) and has a lot of streaming delay, which is not good for constant monitoring.

Thanks in advance.
