Are there any plans for an input plugin?

For scenarios like this:
kinesis -> fluentd -> other_destinations

This issue is a request for completely new input plugin. We won't develop that new input plugin in this output plugin project. We'll just keep this issue opened to collect user requests for the new plugin.
