Reminder not work well under unsilent mode

Describe the bug

• When the set time was up, it only popped up in notification bar without an alarm or breathing light flashing, so that the user didn't know the time is up when the phone screen is off. (But it vibrated when the phone was in silent mode)

Context

• Device: MI 6X
• OS version: Android 8.1.0, API 27
• App version: 0.1 (the latest commit (83bf4c6)[https://github.com/avjinder/Minimal-Todo/commit/83bf4c6f56b808149481b0c4b5a88e8a2215e16b])

How to produce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a valid todo item
2. wait for the time up and observe the phone's reaction. If the phone is in silent mode, it will vibrate. If not, there is no flashing light or sound to remind the user.
3. Light the screen and enter the reminder page from the notification in NotificationBar

Expected behavior

When the time is up and the screen is off, the breathing light flashes or the phone alarms.
