VPS server

Thanks for this beautiful stuff.
I want to create a server using a VPS (Digital Ocean droplet in Bangalore) and will use local file on my android tv.
Can you help me to setup the Jio server on Ubuntu (i mean if you have any tutorial or guide)
and how to use it.
Your help is highly appreciated.

i can help you
it's very simple

but the thing is key file is not downloading on droplets, i don't know why
ts (chunk) file are downloading but not key file and they are giving 403 error
