I've released a pre-release for you. Thanks for maintaining a package for vt in homebrew.
There should be another release soon, but I need to prepare wiki pages for it too.

Hi, thanks for VT - could you please update the version, I was trying to work out what systems were affected by the case-sensitive reference base normalization issue, and they were all v0.57721
