ChanServ Commands for BADUSERS

Hi. In NickServ we have FREEZE, which we can use for "badguys" in network. What about ChanServ? We dont have anything for this situations. Only CLOSE. In Xtheme services , there are FREEZE, SUSPEND, FSUSPEND in both NickServ and ChanServ. Could you please add those commands for ChanServ too, it would be very nice! Because it is really needed, because for ChanServ we dont have any commands to freeze or suspend a channel for breaking network rules...
