Support collapsible panels (collapsed="true") on Swing; currently only SWT supported #9

If I recall correctly this was because of a lack of a good collapsible panel widget in Swing. I believe I was planning to use Jide.

I see... Its not a priority for us now - I'll work on it when I have some time.
