atreforbit not working properly if R1 and R2 are set

Dear @lfarv and @simoneliuzzo

I think the function atreforbit used in plClosedOrbit plotting function seem not to be working correctly if pitch, yaw and roll errors are set for the magnets.
Do you have any experience with this topic?
In our case, we have a non-closed orbit as you can see in this plot

Dear @lnadolski and @lfarv,

the studies I did in the past with pitch and yaw are very old. I doubt they would work with the present AT. So I am of limited help I think.
