Add gwcs as a dependency

While it is not used internally yet, it will eventually be required. When it is added, some tests should be added to make sure that cases where astropy.wcs is used (e.g. in synth_data), that gwcs objects can be used as well. It would also be handy to have some additional examples of creating synthetic data using gwcs.
