Should we move the example data files that are used in the docs (e.g. docs/figures/pspc_skyview.fits or docs/figures/test.reg) to pyregion.datasets to make the docs examples work for the user out of the box?

@astrofrog If you agree, this is something I could do tomorrow, it's not much work.

Does anyone have time for this? Maybe @bsipocz ?

Having the examples datafiles at
http://pyregion.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html
available in such a way that they can be executed directly without having to go look for example files would be a big win for users to get started.
(Example: http://wcsaxes.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html)

(I don't have time ... putting this on the 1.3 milestone for now.)
