Extending User-Agent metadata

Currently we have astroquery's version in User-Agent, but e.g. pyvo also reports the operating system. Then for e.g. #2742 it maybe useful if we could also know a little bit about the python version.

Would you think it's reasonable to extend User-Agent to add e.g. sys.version, and maybe also platform.system()?
