Fallback to boot doesn't work on text only widget after reboot

After rebooting (forced or crash) the widget will start to still show the normal Since charged (with correct times), but after refreshing will go to Since boot and always display 0.0%. The widget with the large percentage graph works just fine, but needs too much space.

Tested on multiple devices. I have seen issues regarding this from years ago, but since they were all closed I assumed they had been fixed.
