In order to customize the styling of items in a checklist, including items that are not preceded by a checkbox, it is necessary to be able to identify these items. Each item in a checklist should be identified whether it has a checkbox and whether that checkbox is checked or not. Making this change will make it easier to style the checklist in a unique way.
