The title says it all. The project's README / CHANGELOG should use AsciiDoc instead of Markdown.

Refactor README from Markdown to Asciidoc

Addresses asciidoctor#865.

Converted using kramdown-asciidoc [1]:

    $ gem install kramdown kramdown-asciidoc

    $ kramdoc \
        --format=GFM \
        --output=./README.adoc \
        --wrap=ventilate \
        README.md
