Description

With new versions of the plugin I am asked over and over again if I would like to download the dependencies for asciidoctor diagram etc. It would be convenient if this answer could be persisted and re-evaluated automatically.

The plugin will ask to download dependencies only if those have been updated. It will also ask if the JetBrains Toolbox installs the IDE to a new folder, which is then missing the downloaded file.

I'm a bit hesitant to download the file directly as depending on the connection type, it might cost the user money, for example if they're using a mobile connection at that time. WDYT?

Please allow for a third option "download anyways" (i.e., regardless of my connectivity).

I don't understand the objection to downloading the dependency. I'm already opting in to downloading and updating the plugin. Please allow me to opt in to always downloading the dependency.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to present some docs to my fellow developers only to find all my plant MSCs missing. The annoyance of always having to perform a second step after downloading the update outweighs the concern over data rates in 2023.
