Maven support for Arrow Analysis plugins

Today, I still see a lot of Java project (or hybrid Java/Kotlin project) to use Maven for building and migrate to Gradle could not be a solution in some cases (company policy, incompatible build process, time missing, other priorities, etc.).

Add Maven support for the Arrow Analysis plugins or specific version for Maven.

@DanielChesters I have to admit I've never used Maven. Is there a simple example project I could use to test? Or a simple way to create a Maven project with a few dependencies.
