I would like to add a new board which belongs to rk35xx family with kernel_5.10, and I need to patch some xx_driver.c in kernel. If I place the .patch file in /patch/kernel/rk35xx-legacy. It seems that all the rk35xx board family will be Influenced. So, how should I do???

For integrating a new device with rk35xx-legacy kernel, the procedure is different than usual.
Try adding your device tree and others to the armbian linux-rockchip repo: https://github.com/armbian/linux-rockchip
