[feature request] add a discord part in the social | add a optional part to add a description

so for the first one it would be great to be able to add discord usenard inside so people can also have this contact

and for the second actually if we want to write somthing is trought the github about me it would be good to either have a way to overwrite this with custom text nor have a new section for this
